DVDs should be returned in the prepaid envelop. Rentals are for 2 weeks from the time the DVD is recieved. Should you require a longer period of time simply send and email with the legnth of time you will keeping it and the request will automatically be approved. If a DVD arrives damaged simply send an email to info@sangrainfilms.com. Price of rental may be used as credit toward purchase price of the DVD.
